Jimer Vacation Benefits
- After 12 consecutive months as a Jimer advisor and 6 consecutive months as a Level V in any career path, advisors are immediately eligible for one week (5 business days) of paid vacation time.
- Vacation days are accrued at a rate of 0.4167 days per month (i.e. 5 days per year)
- Vacation days may be redeemed at any time, and are paid out in daily increments.
- The value of a vacation day is calculated as a daily average of commissions paid to the Advisor over the previous 3 months.
