All Jimer items skillfully and carefully produced with all crystals and gemstones set by hand. Every item receives a quality inspection at the manufacturer and again at the distribution point. This quality production enables Jimer to warrant all jewelry items against defects to ensure our customers the best possible product.

Lifetime Product Guarantee

• Jimer will repair or replace any item returned due to manufacturer’s defect (with it’s original receipt), for the life of the piece.
• All items will be repaired or replaced with the same item. For any item that cannot be repaired and is no longer carried in stock by Jimer, the customer can select a piece of equal or lesser value from the current line. Repairs and/or replacement requests should be initiated via your local Jimer Jewelry Advisor.
• Normal wear and tear or accidental breakage by either the Advisor or the customer is not covered under this policy. Damage from exposure to chemicals such as hairspray, chlorine and/or perfume, etc. is also not covered.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for processing, plus shipping from the time the item is received.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

• Customers have 30 days from the date of order to return any unworn item (with their original receipt) for a full refund.
• All items must be returned to the Advisor in the same condition with all original packaging.
• Items received due to an error on the part of the company may be returned for full credit, after the error has been verified by the shipping department.
• Please allow 5 business days after the item is received to process any credits to your account.
• Refunds are not available after 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Caring for Your Jimer Jewelry

• Jimer jewelry is made from select high-quality materials.
• Our jewelry products are plated with 22k Gold, Rhodium and/or Ruthenium (or a varied version of these precious metals) and are made with crystals, gemstones and fine jewelry components.
• Should your jewelry become dirty and need cleaning, rinse with warm water (if necessary), then use a jeweler’s cloth and dry thoroughly.
• To prolong the life of your Jimer jewelry, it should not come into contact with cleansers, perfumes, harsh abrasives or hard surfaces/objects; and, should not be placed in an ultra sonic cleaner, jewelry dips and/or ammonia based products.
