Refund & Exchange Policy

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, any new, unworn jewelry, may be returned in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All items must be returned to your Jimer Advisor, accompanied by your original receipt.

Lifetime Warranty

Jimer warrants its jewelry to be free of any manufacturer's defects. Jimer will repair or replace any jewelry with a manufacturer's defect (does not include normal wear and tear or damage as a result of misuse). If the item is unable to be repaired and is no longer in stock, Jimer will replace it with anther piece of equal or greater value, chosen by the customer. Difference in price plus applicable taxes will apply.

Return Procedure

Please return all items for refund or exchange to your Jimer Advisor with your original receipt. If you don't know or cannot get in touch with your Advisor, please contact the Jimer corporate offices.

Cash refunds and exchanges for new, unworn jewelry is not available after 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for processing of exchanges.
